PSG vs Lille

Ligue 1 leaders and almost sure-fire season winners take on 15th placed Lille who are coming on the back of a 1-1 draw with Rennes last weekend. PSG have been indomitable at home and they have won all of their last 5 matches in all competitions. This is a pretty strong team that Lille have to take on and the task doesn’t seem easy at all, if not downright impossible. PSG have dropped only 6 points all season in the Ligue 1 and Lille would hardly seem to be anyone’s choice to trouble that record. PSG seem right right on course to break the 100 point barrier this season and with the UCL coming up, they would want to steam ahead with form on their side.

PSG defeated Marseille 1-2 over the last weekend (see video below) and while the scoreline may suggest a close match, it was anything but so. Zlatan seems to be in impervious form and he has had a glorious season so far.



It is tough to find any picks of value when PSG play at home against the minnows in the Ligue 1, so we will have to look elsewhere. Though PSG have been winning almost all of their games recently, it is to be noticed that they have managed to keep only 2 clean sheets in the last 5 games and Lille have found the back of the net in 4 of their last 5 games. So PSG to win and both teams to score seems a great bet considering the high rates offered.
