Roma will travel to the Stadio Alberto Braglia in Modena this weekend as they look to further boost their aim of achieving of finishing in the top 4 for UCL. They face Carpi who are firmly rooted in the relegation zone and are 5 points away from safety. They are in the 18th place, on equal points with Frosinone who have a worse goal difference.

Roma have reinvigorated their UCL chances in the last couple of weeks with a continuous run of 3 wins, 2 of which came at home and the other on the road. They defeated Sampdoria 2-1 last weekend and are now just the solitary point behind Inter who are sliding down the table freely with an abysmal run of results. Roma have lost only 1 match in the last 5 and that was against Juventus who are on a record winning streak. They have managed to 3 matches in the 5. On their travels, though they have been hard to beat, Roma are not winning matches and they will look get a win away at Carpi.



Carpi have now lost 2 matches on the trot, away to Napoli and Fiorentina. They had a decent run before that with a couple of draws and a win but they are to hugely improve their game if they are to get anything from this match against a side which has gained great form. The two sides have met only once, earlier in the season and Carpi got a thumping at Roma by losing 5-1. Expect not much of a different result this time as well!
